Economic Commentary

Since we believe in economic freedom you will find no apologies or victims here.  We, individually, are captains of our ship and masters of our destiny.   The choices we make in life determine our life, our failures and our successes.   Some time ago, I received a copy of the book "Who moved my cheese" from my employer.  Six months later, he moved my cheese by closing the plant where I worked and left me without a job.  Do I harbor ill feelings?  Hell, no!  That's life, time for me to move on.  I highly recommend the book; Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson, M.D.   Occasionally in life someone is going to move your cheese, the question is, will you be ready to react?

Our Commentary

As we observe what goes around us we see things through our perspective.  Occasionally we are moved to comment on the socio-economic activities of governments, businesses and groups. You can read our comments by clicking here.

Commentary worth reading

You might want to look at this short video. I borrowed this from another site, but it rings so true about how we got ourselves in this mess. You may also want to share this with others: Big Box Mart

We will be posting articles by us and others that have the same philosophy as we do.
May we suggest: A Sound Economy

The other day I read a very interesting article by syndicated financial columnist Malcolm Berko. With his permission I have reprinted the article. It is a fascinating piece on General Electric. You can read his article here.

Another humorous video: The US Job Market This may take a few seconds to load, please be patient.

Why the image of the elephant & donkey in our logo banner?  They represent our two major political parties, and if you notice, they both have their hands out.! They dress in red, white and blue but it's only to try and fool me and you!
